5 Finger Food Appetizers for Your Next Graduation Party

Anyone who knows me knows that I absolutely love easy-to-eat, no mess, and flavorful finger food. And this time of year, with the weather turning in the Northeast and Graduation parties approaching, we all are itching to find light, refreshing, and simple appetizers for all to enjoy!
Ina Garten has always been one of my favorite chef’s to gather ideas, and there is no better example than these delicious tomato crostinis with whipped feta! And did I mention that they are super easy?!
I also sometimes like to add a little twist to Ina’s crostinis by playing around with different kinds of bread, or drizzling a balsamic glaze over top! Get creative and have fun!
I never thought to combine peach and mozzarella in the same bite, but these little skewers are an amazing twist on traditional caprese. With just four main ingredients of peaches, mozzarella, basil, and lime, these bite sized snacks are super simple, but are full of fresh, summer-time flavors!
Another one of my favorites is this tasty creamy white bean dip. I love the versatility of a great dip, and this one is no different – plus, what food isn’t made better by adding roasted garlic?
A fun take on the classic prosciutto wrapped melon which includes a little kick of heat from the thinly sliced serrano’s. Be careful with these as some serrano chiles can be super spicy! Don’t like the heat? Substitute the serrano for a pepper that’s a bit further down on the heart index!
Okay – these stuffed jalapenos may be a bit of a stray from the previous health-centered options, but boy are they delicious! I love stuffed peppers for the creativity they allow. Simply add or remove to fit your flavor preference!
