14 Creative Grill Recipes for Memorial Day Weekend (MDW!)
We’ve pulled together 14 grill recipes that are sure to make your MDW BBQ one for the books. We’re skipping classic burgers and dogs but serving up some recipes that will bring memorable flavors and dishes to your partAy!
GRILL TIP: Once you start taking your eats off the grill, throw them in a porcelain or ceramic dish with aluminum foil over the top to keep them warm. This should give you like 20 min of warmth before mealtime.
Now on to the recipes! We divided this into 7 meat options and 7 vegetarian options and I have to admit, I’m gaga over this round up. The veggie options are particularly creative and drool-worthy in my (totally biased) opinion.
2 major selling points for me here: pineapple and kebobs. I LOVE GRILLED PINEAPPLE. The sweetness of the pineapple transforms the chicken with it’s juicy goodness. And kebobs are ideal to prep ahead of time and serve protein + veggies to a big group in a really easy way. Your grill master will thank you.
