Interview with Nathalie from Nutrition by Nathalie

At Nutrition by Nathalie we eat tons of organic veggies, fresh fruits, lean proteins, healthy fats, delicious whole grains, and as many seasonal foods as we can get our hands on. We buy the best ingredients at their peak ripeness and optimal nutritional levels, so that they can do their job of nourishing our bodies. We cook clean and we don’t count calories because we focus on real, whole foods that our bodies know what to do with.

Tell us about yourself!

My name is Nathalie Rhone and I am a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University and a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University! I live in Greenwich, CT where I run my own private nutrition counseling practice, Nutrition by Nathalie. My practice focuses on health and wellness using an integrative approach.

Share your approach to food with us: what do you like to cook? Why?

My philosophy follows a clean-eating, mostly plant-based lifestyle, packed with organic, whole foods full of big flavor. I like to cook a variety of things, but especially whatever veggies are in season! I also enjoy making healthy versions of “indulgent” meals – like cauliflower pizza, lentil pasta, sweet potato fries, turkey burgers… you name it!
